« Gamay » is a cousin of Chardonnay, its name comes from Gamay village in Côte d’Or, France. Gamay is a very productive grape, so it requires a lot of work to reduce its yield to extract a better aromatic concentration. Well mastered this grape offers great aging potential
Dégustation du Crescendo Gamay
Thanks to a deliberately very limited production, this wine offers an astonishing vitality. Slow winemaking in French oak barrels makes it possible to extract the most subtle, slightly spicy aromas. Its fine tannins give it a remarkable finesse in the mouth.

Easily paired with grilled red meats, risotto with boletus and strong cheeses, and simmered dishes.

Time to keep: 3 to 6 years
To store: Aging temperature around 12°C and must be homogeneous throughout the cellar.
