Dornfelder AOC La Côte
This atypical red grape is only very little known in Switzerland. It was after a professional experience in the Palatina region in Germany that Alain decided in 1998 to import a few feet of Dornfelder for testing before deciding to market it in the early 2000s.

This grape gives a wine of a beautiful intense red ruby colour, fruity and supple with light tannins and a good acidity.
Food pairing
Well balanced, it perfectly accompanies spicy dishes as well as Asian cuisine as a whole.
