The Soprano is a light, fresh wine with red fruit aromas and smooth tannins. The “Soprano” accompanies red meats, lamb, duck as well as blue-veined or soft cheeses.

The Arioso is a wine with a beautiful intense ruby red color, fruity, fragrant, supple with rather coated tannins and in general a good acidity.

The Crescendo Chasselas shows a remarkable freshness resulting from its aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and vanilla. Its persistence in the mouth is due to very silky tannins that give it an elegant and opulent texture. A great pride of the Domaine.

The Ambitus is a dry white wine, festive that asks for more. Its aromas of yellow flesh fruits and dried fruits offer a velvety sensation in the mouth, with a mineral touch.

The Crescendo Gamaret is very colorful, dense, full-bodied, and develops aromas of black fruits on the palate with slightly spicy tannins.

The Crescendo Merlot draws its fruitiness from the terroir and reveals a subtle aromatic palette. Its supple tannins are the result of its slow maturation in barrel. Its fruity attack reminds us of blackberry, wild berry and black cherry notes. Its slightly spicy finish with notes of cocoa brings a sensation of richness.
