The Grand Cru “Coteau de Vincy” comes from our best plot in the commune of Gilly. Otherwise called “La Grivaz” this plot is located upstream of the Estate, it enjoys a perfect sunshine by its ideal location.
Tasting chasselas Coteau de Vincy
Its aromas have floral notes of linden. Rich in mouth, it is distinguished by its structure and its mineral and delicious flavors.
Food pairing
Very well served as an aperitif or with soft cheeses, the “Coteau de Vincy” can also be served with fish. It also pairs with more exotic dishes like blue lobster.
