Chasselas AOC La Côte
The main characteristic of this Chasselas is in its breeding. The Chasselas selection “Ambitus” is a wine grown on lees. The lees are deposits created by the first fermentation of the grape juice in wine also called alcoholic fermentation. The aging on the lees consists in putting the lees in suspense in the tank by stirring them very delicately, this process allows to nourish the wine and thus brings him a softer attack in mouth.

« Ambitus » is a dry, festive white wine th. Its aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits and dried fruits offer a velvety sensation in mouth, with a mineral touch.
Food pairing
Best served for an aperitif with friends! It pairs well with fish, grilled shellfish or in sauce as well as with a beautiful cheese platter.

To be consumed within 2-3 years to taste its freshness.
